- Antennas (commercial)
- Decks, Pergolas
- Demolition
- Electric (including service upgrades)
- Fences (install, replaced, or repaired)
- Flat work: Asphalt, Concrete, and Pavers (for patios, service walks, driveways, etc.)
- Generators
- HVAC and other Mechanicals (including Generators and Hot Water Heaters)
- New accessory buildings, principal buildings and structures
- Parking Lots (including new construction, repairs, resurfacing and striping)
- Plumbing (including basement, bathroom, or kitchen remodels)
- Remodeling and renovations (including build-outs)
- Repairs (including HVAC, roofs, etc.)
- Roofing (new or tear offs)
- Signs (including face changes and temporary)
- Swimming pools/hot tubs
- Tenant build outs
- Water heaters
- Window and Door replacement
Engineering / Stormwater
- Land disturbance that is greater than 5000 square feet
- Projects consisting of new impervious of 2500 square feet, or greater, after subtracting existing impervious from proposed impervious
- Projects in floodplains, buffers or wetlands
- Significant Regrading of yards/property
