[ARCHIVED] Quincy Station Development Project Update

Westmont, Illinois

Westmont is very excited to announce the construction of Quincy Station at the southwest intersection at Quincy Street and Cass Avenue.  Quincy Station will be a five-story, 94-unit luxury apartment building that will assist with bringing new residents and customers to downtown Westmont.  This project follows direction and goals from the Village’s comprehensive plan and strategic plan.  Following are some of the project details:
 
Demolition on the Quincy Station site to begin in October 2019
Vertical construction of Quincy Station to begin in Spring of 2020
Move-in Quincy Station beginning in the Fall of 2021
 
“This is an exciting project for Westmont,” said Drew Mitchell Partner with Holladay Properties.  “This is a development that will feature luxury apartments and include a cyber cafe, a pet spa and dog run, rooftop amenities with fitness center and gas fire pits, and much more.  The project will also include a restaurant with outdoor seating on Quincy Street.  We’re eager to get started.”
 
The Village of Westmont is working very closely with the developer on construction plans for this important project. Every step posibile is being taken to maintain safety along the railroad crossing and reduce the impact of construction on the neighborhood, our Village and on our local traffic.
