On Tuesday, April 23, the American Red Cross delivered a limited supply of clean-up kits which are to be given to area residents. The supplies are being given out free-of-charge, but will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis to Westmont residents. Clean-up kits include items such as buckets, bleach, mops, brooms, rubber gloves, cleaning supplies, etc.
IMPORTANT - Supplies are to be given to property owners in need of supplies related specifically to flood clean-up. Upon receiving supplies, recipients must fill out a form and provide proof of residency.
Clean-up kits can be picked up at the following locations:
POLICE DEPARTMENT - 500 N. Cass - 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday - Friday
FIRE DEPARTMENT - 6015 S. Cass - 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday
