“Based on evolving information and directives regarding the COVID-19 response, all Village offices will remain closed to the public until further notice,” said Westmont Fire Chief Steve Riley. “We continue to ask our residents to be patient during this difficult time. We will be sure to share updated information as it becomes available.”
Fire Chief Riley submitted a report to the Village Board on March 26 regarding the status of the COVID-19 local response. A copy of this note has been published on the Village Website.

VILLAGE MEETINGS
As in the past, the Village Board meeting will continue to be live streamed on YouTube during the actual meeting. However, rather than holding the meeting at the Village Hall, members of the Village Board will participate in the live stream from remote locations. As always, citizens will be able to watch the live stream on YouTube.

ONLINE PUBLIC COMMENT
To help ensure that citizens can submit public comments and questions to the Village Board for a specific meeting, the Village of Westmont has created an online form so that citizens can make a submission. Online submissions will be accepted up until the start of the scheduled meeting. To submit a comment or questions, click on the link below:

Additionally, citizens can submit comments and questions via phone by calling 630-981-6195, however, voicemails must be received at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled meeting to be included in the record of the meeting. ONLINE PAYMENTS/DROP BOXES
When the Village Hall and department offices are closed, bill payments can be made via our Village website by clicking on the MAKE A PAYMENT icon at westmont.illinois.gov.
Bill payments can also be dropped off via the Village of Westmont after-hours drop box, located near the entrance of the Commuter Train Station on West Quincy Street or the Westmont Police Department drop box located at 500 N. Cass Ave. These payments will be processed on the next business day.
REPORT-A-CONCERN
The Village of Westmont offers a convenient way to communicate concerns to Village staff right from our website. The REPORT A CONCERN system allows users to enter and track requests on a variety of subjects regarding Code Enforcement, Streets, Water, and more. Last year, the Village of Westmont received over 2000 inquiries through the REPORT A CONCERN system, all of which were addressed by staff.
