Date Issued: July 1, 2020

The Westmont Public Library is partnering with Hope For The Day to host a virtual event titled “Things We Don’t Say”.  The one-hour virtual event is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 7:00 p.m.  The program will focus on conversation regarding the importance of positive mental health as well as learning about mental health resources.

“Hope For The Day encourages people to understand that ‘IT’S OK NOT TO BE OK’, which is our motto,” said Joel Frieders.  “We want to help people share their experiences and have conversations that are sometimes difficult, all with the purpose of helping ourselves be stronger and better advocate for our emotional well being.”

To sign up for the program, register on the Westmont Public Library website.  You will need an email address to receive the Zoom link for this virtual event.  For more information regarding Hope For That Day, visit their website
