The Westmont Public Library recently partnered with Hope For The Day to co-host a virtual event titled “Things We Don’t Say”. The program, which was recorded and is now available for viewing on YouTube, focused on conversation regarding the importance of positive mental health as well as learning about mental health resources.
“We understand that when families are stuck in their homes, the last thing anyone wants to do is log onto another Zoom call,” said HFTD Joel Frieders. “So we highlighted some of the main points of our education curriculum for this virtual presentation. If you or someone you know might benefit from positive messaging in regard to how people deal with depression, we hope that you will take time to watch this video. We want everyone to know that it’s OK not to be OK.”
The “Things We Don’t Say” video has been posted on the Westmont Public Library’s YouTube Channel.
