“At all times, we are dedicated to improving our service to the community and updating our best practices,” said Westmont Fire Chief Steve Riley. “Currently, we are going through our accreditation process, which includes seeking community feedback regarding our Fire Department. We’ve created a new survey tool for this purpose and we’re inviting the community to respond.”
Coinciding with National Fire Prevention Week, the Westmont Fire Department (WFD) is launching an online survey and inviting the community to participate in this feedback process. Additionally, the survey will be sent directly to all residents who have interacted with the WFD on a fire and/or ambulance call.
