Good communication is important to the Village of Westmont. Providing clear, accurate, and timely information to our citizens is vital to the success of our community.
“With 2021 being the Village’s yearlong 100th anniversary celebration, we decided the timing was right to launch our new e-newsletter,” said Larry McIntyre, Westmont Communications Director. “We encourage residents to sign up to receive these email bulletins featuring Westmont news and updates. This will be a great way for residents to be on top of all things Westmont.”
Today, the Village of Westmont is launching a new e-newsletter that will be coordinated and sent out via email to all people on the distribution list. The e-newsletter will be published twice a month and provide residents with up-to-date information regarding programs, services, events, and more.
The first edition features information regarding Westmont’s 100th anniversary events, the new 100th anniversary history book, Westmont’s new compost/yard waste pickup program, the Park District’s modified Winter Beer Festival, 2021 recycling and garbage pick-up schedule, holiday lights recycling, and more.
