UPDATE - 10:14 AM - GATES NOW OPEN
The railroad crossing at Cass Avenue in Westmont is out of service. All traffic must detour to the crossing at Fairview Avenue in Downers Grove or Prospect Street in Clarendon Hills.
At this time, the gates are down and BNSF has repair personnel at the scene. Currently, there is no expected time for repairs to be completed. Updates will be posted as they become available.
