Westmont Public Library will be hosting a series of virtual dementia-friendly presentations throughout the year. The first virtual class will be Together Time: Creating Memorable Moments and is scheduled for Wednesday, February 3, 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. The program will share tips and ideas for creating fun, purposeful, and meaningful moments together.
The Dementia Friendly Westmont series is designed for seniors, persons with dementia, and their caregivers. Each month, the Westmont Public Library will share several activities and their benefits for health and wellbeing. Activity kits for the presentation will be available for pickup starting February 3rd while supplies last.
The program will also be recorded and posted to Westmont Public Library’s YouTube channel.
