At a recent Village Board meeting, Westmont Police Officer Doug Mantooth was promoted to Sergeant. Mantooth will serve as the department's Relief Sergeant and will cover open shifts.
Since beginning with the department in 2005, Mantooth has had many roles including Certified Field Training Officer, Crisis Intervention Team, Juvenile Officer, and Honor Guard Member.
