DuPage County offers a Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) to assist people in need with their utility bills. This program helps people in low-income households pay for home energy services such as gas and electric service. LIHEAP will begin accepting applications Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Participants must meet specific criteria to qualify.
