“Last year’s event was a huge success and we’re hoping this year’s contest will be even bigger and better,” said Kristina Kaniauskaite, Westmont Special Events Executive Director. “In the spirit of fun competition, we’ve decided to create a rule that no entry can win this contest two years in a row, so we want to let everyone know they should check out last year’s winners at 4113 Williams Street. They do an awesome job every year.”
Participants will send in a picture of their decorations along with their completed entry form, then all submissions along with their addresses will be posted on the Westmont Special Events Facebook page for public online voting. All entries must be received by Wednesday, October 20. Voting will begin on Thursday, Oct. 21 and continue through Friday, Oct. 29. Winners will be announced over Halloween weekend.
