“I want to thank Harvest Pancake House and Grill for generously offering to provide the location for our next Coffee with the Mayor event, which will be run in a town hall format,” says Mayor Ron Gunter. “At this event, we will follow a town hall meeting format and focus our conversation on the south side of our community. Maercker School District’s new Superintendent Dr. Jamie Reilly will be one of our featured guests and we will also present an update regarding southside economic development initiatives.” Harvest is located at 339 W. 63rd Street.

“Our Coffee with the Mayor events have been very successful thus far,” says Larry McIntyre, Westmont Media Relations. “We’re averaging more than 25 people per event, and more importantly, we’re connecting directly with our residents and businesses as they share their thoughts and concerns about the community.” In November, look for the Coffee with the Mayor to coincide with Holly Days events on Saturday, November 30.
