“Our Halloween events have had a record turnout this year with over 200 participants in the Wicked West Fest Costume, 10 businesses in our window mural program, and a complete sell out of 8 Westmont business locations for our Zombie Pub Crawl,” said Westmont Special Events Executive Director Kristina Kaniauskaite. “With our Halloween Home & Business Decorating Contest, we invite the entire community to participate and vote on social media for their favorite entries.” This year, there were a total of 40 entries in the Halloween Home & Business Decorating Contest. Awards and recognition will be given to the top 3 finishers in both the business and residential categories.
Pictures of all the decorating contest entries have been posted in a photo album on the Westmont Special Events/Stanley Jamburger Facebook page. Each LIKE for each individual photo counts as a vote for that entry. People can LIKE as many photo entries as they want.
NOTE - All voting LIKES MUST be for photos posted within the 2022 Halloween Decorating Contest FOLDER in the Westmont Special Events/Stanley Jamburger Facebook Photo Album. Likes for “shared” photos on other Facebook pages will NOT count as a vote in the contest.
“We invite everyone to not only vote in this contest, but we’re listing the addresses of all the participants, so we encourage people to go see these decorations in person,” said Westmont Special Events President Steve Golembiewski. “They did a great job getting in the spirit of Halloween.” Following is a list of homes and businesses participating in this year’s Wicked West Fest Home & Business Decorating Contest:
