On Wednesday, August 6, 2014, Mayor Ron Gunter attended a special event at the Westmont Post Office to assist with welcoming new Westmont Postmaster Shenita Robinson-Hodge. Robinson-Hodge had previously worked as a Supervisor at the Westmont branch before serving as the Postmaster at Western Springs. The event was attended by area Post Office representatives as well as family members and friends.
“We’re very excited to welcome Shenita back to Westmont and congratulate her on her new position,” says Mayor Gunter. “The U.S. Postal Service's current theme is customer service and we’re looking forward to working with Shenita and our local Post Office to make sure our local post office is a great place to do business and serves our community well.”
The Village of Westmont congratulates Shenita and thanks her for her commitment to serving the community.
