The following information is in regard to holiday hours for the Village of Westmont.
THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY
The Village Hall and Department offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday Nov. 27. The Village Hall and Department offices will reopen on Monday, Nov. 30.
When the Village offices are closed, bill payments can be dropped off via the Village of Westmont after-hours drop box, located near the entrance of the Commuter Train Station on west Quincy Street. These payments will be processed on the next business day.
There will be no recycling and garbage collection on Thanksgiving Day. The collection schedule for the holiday week will resume on Friday, Nov. 27 and then be completed on Saturday, Nov. 28.
As always, in case of an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY
The Village Hall and Department offices will close at Noon on Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec. 24. Village Hall and Department offices will be closed all day on Christmas Day, Friday, Dec. 25. The Village Hall and Department offices will reopen on Monday, Dec. 28.
There will be no recycling and garbage collection on Christmas Day. Collection will resume on Saturday, Dec. 26.
NEW YEARS HOLIDAY
The Village Hall and Department offices will be closed all day on New Year's Day, Friday, Jan. 1, 2016. The Village Hall and Department offices will reopen on Monday, Jan. 4.
There will be no recycling and garbage collection on New Years Day. Collection will resume on Saturday, Jan. 2.
