The Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau will host the Annual Westmont Community Awards Dinner to recognize area individuals and businesses. The event will be held April 20, 2017 at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center, 3500 Midwest Road. At this time, the Chamber is accepting nomination for the annual Citizen of the Year Award. The Citizen of the Year award is presented annually to a Westmont resident who has demonstrated exemplary volunteer service to the community during the past year. The Westmont Chamber Community Awards Dinner is an annual tradition in Westmont designed to provide a special opportunity to pause and recognize the many wonderful volunteers and businesses that work to make Westmont a great place to live, work, and raise a family!
Other awards that will be presented at the dinner include: the Dick Busse Business-of-the-Year Award, Educator-of-the-Year, Public Safety Officer-of-the-Year, the Westmont Special Events Making Memories Award, the Westmont Community Improvement Awards, and more.
