On Saturday, May 13, 2017, the Westmont Police Department will host an Open House and Auction of Unclaimed Property at their facility at 500 N. Cass Avenue.

“Our open house is a great opportunity for our community to get an inside look at their police department while having a fun time in the process,” says Westmont Police Chief Jim Gunther.   “There will be several activities, refreshments, and we will have officers on hand to answer questions. I invite everyone to attend this event. We’re very proud of our department and we look forward to spending time with our residents.”

AUCTION - 9 A.M.

The auction will begin at 9 a.m.  Pre-auction inspection will be at 8:45 a.m.  The auction will take place at the rear of the Police facility.  Guests are asked to park in the Westmont Library parking lot, 428 N. Cass, or the DuPage County Health Facility parking lot located just south of the Library.

Items being auctioned will include bicycles, clothing, and other misc items and jewelry with a total melt value in excess of $1600 with a minimum bid of $900.
