The Village of Westmont recently introduced a new bi-monthly publication, The Westmont Word. This two-page newsletter features community projects and events in Westmont. First published in February 2018, The Westmont Word is another communication tool that residents and guests can reference to keep informed of current events.
“This is another resource that addresses one of our strategic plan goals of making sure citizens are informed regarding the happenings of the community,” said Larry McIntyre, Westmont Communications Director. “Last issue provided updates regarding economic development, a new grant to help publicize local businesses, upcoming events, and more. We hope people will pick up a copy while they are visiting various public agencies in the community.”
Printed copies of The Westmont Word can be found at the Village Hall, Westmont Library, and Westmont Centre. Digital copies can be found on the Village Website at westmont.illinois.gov.
