[ARCHIVED] Overnight Street Parking Regulations in Westmont

The Village of Westmont overnight parking regulations state that no person shall park a vehicle on any public street, parkway, public right-of-way, or public parking lot for a period of time longer than 15 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day, except by permit - violators will be ticketed. 

However, the Village of Westmont does allow limited overnight parking permits.  Overnight parking is limited to five (5) nights per month.  Exemptions may be made for unique circumstances by contacting the Westmont Police Department in advance, during normal business hours.  If you need to park your vehicle overnight, you may either contact the Westmont Police Department by phone at 630-981-6300, or click this link to fill out the following form: https://community.acdcdispatch.org/parking.html?agency=16

Following is information regarding several specific limitations to the overnight parking program:
Commercial vehicles, Class D and over, are NOT eligible.
Overnight parking will not be granted when there is two inches or more of snow fall.
Overnight parking permission does not exempt daytime parking regulations.
On Blackhawk Drive between Ogden Avenue and Chestnut Avenues, the overnight parking ban shall be extended to include a ban from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on any day.
