The Westmont Police Department lobby is open daily Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM The lobby is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and village-observed holidays that fall on a weekday. After business hours, citizens can reach the Police Department dispatch center through the use of the after hours call box which is located inside the lobby of the main entrance of the Police Department at 500 N. Cass Avenue.

The sharps box kiosk is located inside the lobby of the Westmont Police Department, and is accessible during business hours: Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. This kiosk is not intended for commercial, business, or medical facility use. When available, residents can obtain a free personal-use only sharps box by contacting the Records Department in-person, during business hours. Supplies are limited.
